Through understanding the ‘5 different supervision models’ we will tailor supervision to serves each supervisees need whilst using different parts of models from Hawkins & Shohet, Inskipp & Proctor, Carroll, Page & Wosket and Mearns & Lambers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open for supervision plus consultative supervision for professionals + those working & caring for people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It focuses on any Professions Ethical frameworks and ways of working to keep people safe. Suitable for Professionals working or caring for others such as primary, secondary, further or higher education staff assisting teachers, lecturers and their support staff. Even more essential for Designated safeguarding leads, Head teachers, Senior leadership teams, Healthcare staff, GP’s, Nurses, Youth workers, Social workers, Carers, Support workers and the list continues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe a ‘container’ stops work stresses bleeding into the the rest of our lives. Some liken this to a pressure release valve, or an honest time to talk freely, to reflect and process but in such stressful times most people can be helped by having a neutral person to prevent ‘Burn-Out’ and ‘improve work\/life balance’. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me be that person for you – if you have the sense what I offer would meet your needs. We meet Online or In-Person whatever suits your timetable and I am happy to work individually or with a group of four as a monthly agreement. We need a quiet space without interruptions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            60 minutes monthly (\u00a365)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            45 minutes fortnightly (\u00a333)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            90 minutes (\u00a390)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            In\u2011person sessions may incur higher fees due to room hire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022            Contract Length: Open until mutually agreed ending. Two final sessions required for closure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
